Account deletion
Users who want to delete their account can submit a request from the app when available, or contact support directly. Requests may be reviewed against pending orders, active disputes, fraud checks, or legal recordkeeping obligations.
- Email support from the address associated with the account when possible.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include display name, phone number, and any recent order reference that helps verify ownership.
- Wait for support confirmation and any follow-up questions needed for verification.
